Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
